Eveline brings over twelve years of broad-based experience in senior level recruitment and assessment. For eight years she was senior associate at Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles and member of their respective Consumer Products and Services practice group. In these roles she served a wide range of clients, large multinationals as well as local organisations. She started her search career in the Middle East, at Nicholson International in Dubai.

Eveline gained in depth assessment experience as a consultant at Jonathan Warner, a spin-off of LTP, specialized in executive assessment. She started her career at Mattel Europe, where she held various product management roles. In 1994 she received a master’s degree in Business Management at Nyenrode University in Breukelen.

In 2009 Eveline founded Pink Executive Search, a boutique executive search organisation based in Amersfoort. In 2011 Pink Executive Search set up a partnership with Albright Search – Selection. They now operate together as Albright&Pink.
